Mr. Kapil Kaushik is a founder and Managing Director of Optiks Mechatronics Private Limited. Having more than 25 years of experience in Lighting & Tools industry, he well fulfills his responsibility of bringing growth to the company and managing its global businesses. The corporate philosophy, which he follows in every stage of business is short, simple and succinct: Think Differently, Think Bigger, Think Fast, Think Ahead and Always Aim For Being The Best.

Prior to starting Optiks Mechatronics Private Limited, he has worked with Goldwyn Limited, Bharti Teletech Limited, Axis IT& T Limited and Consult Techniques (I) Pvt. Ltd. He holds rich experience in setting up modern manufacturing and R&D facility for LED Luminaire. He was the man, who started in our company in-house development of LED lenses, using latest lightning technology, the ultimate aim was to reduce imports from China and make people adopt Made in India products. Mr. Kaushik holds extensive experience of lighting businesses, his expertise in creating design layout of moulds & dies that are used for making lenses is benefiting our company. He holds rich qualifications, including a Engineering Diploma in Tools & Die Making from Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering.

Dr. Tanu Sharma is a founder Director of Optiks Mechatronics Private Limited. She began his journey by setting up a specialized research and development department of the company, which focuses on innovating latest edge of optics. She believes in Affordable Innovation as a driving philosophy behind the rapid expansion of our company.

It is her efforts and determination for creating and executing corporate communication strategies that we are regularly getting business across the market. Dr. Sharma also looks after the company's influencers and stakeholder management. She was awarded Doctorate degree by the University of Chaudhary Charan  Singh, Meerut in recognition of her incredible contribution to the Physics. She has conducted a research on thermal & conductive properties of plastics and also made fuel cells by making use of thermally efficient plastic polyaniline (PANI).

Mr. Ramesh Dinkar Telang is a Vice President of Optiks Mechatronics Private Limited, he joined the company in the year 2012 after acquiring more than 37 years of experience in lighting industries. As a leader of Optiks group, he is responsible for increasing the sales and making company achieve more in its business vertical of LED optical lenses. In our company, he is actively instrumental in bringing & installing latest technological equipment. 

Before joining Optiks, he has worked with Konark Group of Companies, Lighting Techniks Private Limited, ABACUS Limited, Bajaj Electricals Ltd. He has several achievements in his career, among them are completion of many LED streetlight projects for Pune Municipal Corporation, Delhi Municipal Corporation and Reliance Jamnagar .

Apart from holding rich working experience, he holds several degrees & certificates, including an Engineering degree from Bombay University. He is an active member of MISLE (Member of Indian Society of Lighting Engineers), participation in this group helps him in staying updated with the market trends and technological developments of LED optical lenses market.
